Alexander Monro III. (* 5. November 1773 in Edinburgh; † 10. März 1859) war ein schottischer Anatom.

Monro folgte seinem Vater Alexander Monro II. (1733–1817) und Großvater Alexander Monro I. (1697–1767) als Professor für Anatomie an der University of Edinburgh. 1798 wurde er zum Mitglied (Fellow) der Royal Society of Edinburgh gewählt.cite-ref-1[1]
